It's brunch off the parrilla. Instead of pancakes and omelettes, you get skirt steak with a fried egg, chorizo, and medialunas, the flaky Argentine croissants, ours filled with ham and smoked gouda. Same grill we use at dinner, same cuts, just earlier in the day and with eggs on top.
