An Argentine Steakhouse That Grew Up In California
Gaucho Grill opened in 1986. In 2008, Adrian Amosa bought the original Brentwood location and rebuilt the place around one idea: an Argentine steakhouse that felt current, not like a museum piece.
We still cook the way it's done in Argentina, over an open flame on a parrilla, no shortcuts. The beef is USDA Prime and Choice, and it's the same quality every night, which matters more than any single fancy cut. Our wine list leans hard into Argentina, including small boutique labels you won't run into at most places.
We're not fine dining, and we're not trying to be. We'd rather be the place you come back to. The room is warm and a little loud, good for a Tuesday dinner or a birthday, and nobody's going to make you feel underdressed.
